Board Director for Small Friendly Non-Profit

• **You need to be both a citizen of the United States and a born again Bible believing Christian to apply
• We are a small Christian non-profit that ministers to people needing addiction recovery.
• Recovery Room 7 is a virtual online addiction recovery center for born again believers who have been struggling with addiction(s)
• We minister to each person in a one-on-one format using Zoom
• Costs for our program is based on each person's income so that it is affordable to everyone
• We are non-denominational and doctrinally sound, as our resource is the Bible alone
• We work through a beautiful fusion of Christian life coaching, mentoring, Biblical counseling

YOUR DUTIES WILL BE TO HELP US:

1. further develop this ministry by actively taking part in helping to promote it to the Christian world
2. Help navigate the administrative end of the ministry
3. Reach out to communities
4. Oversee the inner workings and structure of the ministry

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You need to be a citizen of the United States
• You need to be able to pass a simple and basic background check
• You need to have compassion and love for those who have become addicted
• You must be nonjudgmental
• You will need to be able to spend approximately one hour every 7 weeks for online meetings
• You need to be able to respond to emails quickly
• You will need Telegram for communications with us (Telegram is a FREE app)
• No board directorship experience is needed
• You do not need to be a professional in the field of addiction; however, you must be willing to learn
• You must have a Biblical world view with all Biblical Truth as the final say
