OYC Miami is looking for dependable volunteers to support students in grades 4–8 during after-school programming.
Volunteers will assist in the classroom by helping students stay focused, supporting learning activities, encouraging participation, and providing general classroom support. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with elementary and middle school-aged students and want to help create a positive and structured learning environment.

Instrucciones:
Volunteers may assist with:
- Classroom activities
- Homework or academic support
- Reading or small group assistance
- Student engagement
- Classroom organization
- Helping students stay on task
- Supporting staff with daily programming needs
This opportunity is a good fit for someone who is:
- Patient, reliable, and encouraging
- Comfortable working with elementary-aged students
- Able to support students one-on-one or in small groups
- Interested in education, mentoring, youth development, or community service
- Willing to commit consistently for at least two weeks
Requirements: All volunteers must complete OYC’s volunteer compliance process before working with students.
