Project Manager

We are looking for experienced, skilled and passionate Project Managers to join our team and offer unpaid internship programs in all departments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with the executive team of directors to develop an outstanding and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee the development of Community Dreams Foundation by partnering with other leaders, directors, and project managers.
• Conduct weekly meetings to ensure each team is maintained and goals are being achieved, and strategies/plans are being developed in order to pursue the organization’s mission.
• Become familiar with and move towards the mission of Community Dreams Foundation.
• Review and analysis business data to identify trends to improve engagement, performance, and experience of staff members.
• Support staff through training, facilitating, and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or management preferred.
• Experience with attracting, developing, and motivating employees, swiftly adapting to change, developing collaborative relationships with others is preferred.
• Be able to work independently, demonstrate reliability and be punctual.
• Attention to detail.
• Consistently communicate with team members.
• Have an eagerness to learn and an open mind to improve critical skills.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
