We are looking for experienced, skilled and passionate Project Managers to join our team and offer unpaid internship programs in all departments.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with the executive team of directors to develop an outstanding and high-performing work environment.
Oversee the development of Community Dreams Foundation by partnering with other leaders, directors, and project managers.
Conduct weekly meetings to ensure each team is maintained and goals are being achieved, and strategies/plans are being developed in order to pursue the organization’s mission.
Become familiar with and move towards the mission of Community Dreams Foundation.
Review and analysis business data to identify trends to improve engagement, performance, and experience of staff members.
Support staff through training, facilitating, and communications.

Qualifications
Experience in leadership or management preferred.
Experience with attracting, developing, and motivating employees, swiftly adapting to change, developing collaborative relationships with others is preferred.
Be able to work independently, demonstrate reliability and be punctual.
Attention to detail.

Have an eagerness to learn and an open mind to improve critical skills.
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
