The Watershed Stewards Program and Cosumnes River Preserve are hosting a Watershed Preserve Awareness Event on May 9th from 9 AM to 1 PM!
Join us in removing invasive plants like blackberries, mustard, and yellow star thistle. After removing invasive plants we will then plant native species like willow and cottonwood! Together, we will restore important wetland habitat. This is a great opportunity to learn more about ecology and the history of the Cosumnes River Preserve!
