We are currently looking for a Volunteer Remote Recruitment Coordinator – Idealist to join our team at Chester’s Corner Rescue Foundation.

Chester’s Corner Rescue Foundation is a dedicated nonprofit organization specializing in animal rescue and rehabilitation. Our mission is to provide abandoned animals with medical care, emotional support, and a path toward finding loving, permanent homes. Every effort we make is driven by compassion and a commitment to the welfare of animals in need.

How You Will Contribute:

Purpose:

Support Chester’s Corner Rescue Foundation by managing postings on Idealist to recruit new volunteers.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post volunteer opportunities on Idealist for the organization.
• Ensure all volunteer postings are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect current needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with leadership regarding open volunteer roles.

Immediate Ownership:

Owns the day-to-day posting of volunteer opportunities on Idealist.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years administrative or coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace; familiarity with Slack and Zoom a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must have a working computer and reliable internet.

Commitment Details:

• Approximately 1–3 hours per week.
• Fully remote work.
