Adoption Promoter & Matchmaker (Digital Outreach Coordinator)

The Mission:

We are looking for an Adoption Promoter and Searcher to take our "Inmate Files" and push them out across digital platforms, community boards, and rescue networks. Your job is to make sure our dogs are impossible to ignore, actively seek out potential adopters and rescue partners, and help clear our cell blocks.

What You Will Do:

• Distribute and share adoption profiles across social media groups, rescue forums, classifieds, and adoption networks.
• Actively search out and engage with potential adopters, answering questions, screening inquiries, and steering them toward our adoption process.
• Collaborate with our media team to track which dogs need the most urgent exposure and push targeted campaigns for long-term "inmates."
• Help network with other rescues and transport coordinators to find safe landing spots for our dogs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication and networking skills, with an outgoing and proactive approach to outreach.
• Familiarity with online community groups, social media platforms, and digital boards.
• A deep passion for animal rescue and an alignment with our mission to break the shelter gridlock.
• Reliability and the ability to work independently to drive results.
