Seeking experienced instructors to lead chair yoga, stretching, meditation or other wellness groups at Elderday Adult Day Health Center.
Elderday Adult Day Health Center is dedicated to providing quality care for elderly adults needing help with daily living tasks and individuals with Alzheimer's and related conditions. We have a fun and engaging atmosphere and offer a wide variety of activities.
Volunteers with experience leading small groups of individuals in gentle exercise are needed. You must be comfortable working with older adults.
About 50% of our participants speak Spanish and all of our staff are bilingual so Spanish speaking volunteers are a plus (but not required).
The schedule is very flexible volunteers can lead classes any time between 10am and 2:00pm - Monday through Friday.
Volunteers can come once a week or once a month - whatever works for you!
