As a member of the welfare team, you’ll be in daily contact with our passengers, a lifeline for a young trans person on the run in a dangerous place. It’s tough, but rewarding.
Training: 1 hour onboarding, then riding along, handling more complex tasks as you learn
Time Commitment: 5 hours per week minimum. 10-15 is more normal.
Fun: Ops team is where the rubber meets the road. It’s the closest thing you can do to being James Bond without selling your soul to an imperialist power.
