Restaurant Coordinator — Lead

Own the restaurant recruitment process and help build a strong, exciting lineup for Tastings for Tomorrow. The Restaurant Lead will oversee the restaurant outreach effort from initial recruitment through event day, working with the Restaurant Outreach volunteers and event leadership to ensure participating restaurants have everything they need, including on the day of the event.

You’ll help:

• Lead, coordinate, and support Restaurant Outreach volunteers
• Make initial contact with priority restaurants and maintain key relationships
• Track outreach, responses, confirmations, and participation
• Coordinate collection of restaurant logos, descriptions, menus, and other promotional materials via outreach volunteers
• Communicate important deadlines, logistics, and expectations to participating restaurants
• Serve as the primary restaurant contact and troubleshoot questions as they arise
• Provide regular updates to the Tastings event leadership team and work closely with all volunteers

Time commitment: September 2026–March 2027, with increased involvement as the event approaches.
