Why This Role Matters

Our Development & Partnerships team is growing — and we need a reliable, passionate leader to help us stay connected and moving forward. As Assistant Manager, you'll be a key support to our department Manager and a direct representative of the Development & Partnerships team in cross-functional spaces.

This is a great fit for someone who's a natural communicator, thrives in collaborative environments, and wants to take ownership of real partnership and outreach work — not just support from the sidelines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent the Development & Partnerships team in meetings and cross-departmental conversations, acting as a liaison between the department, other teams, and executive leadership
• Lead partnerships and outreach initiatives — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving external engagement on behalf of Creshendo
• Support the department Manager and Executive Director with communication, follow-through, and keeping the team aligned
• Help track partnership progress and outreach goals, reporting updates back to department leadership
• Show up consistently and with intention — this role requires reliable availability during team meetings

Note on availability: Meetings for this role fall primarily between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET. Consistent

availability during these hours is a must.

• An interest in or experience with partnerships, outreach, community engagement, or nonprofit
