The Prosperity Paradox is looking for volunteer Short-Form Video Editors to help turn educational recordings from our content creators into engaging videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Edit approximately one short-form video per week
Turn raw creator footage into polished, engaging 30–90 second videos
Add captions, transitions, graphics, music, and other simple visual elements where appropriate
Follow PP’s branding and content guidelines
Coordinate with our Content Creation Lead and content creators
Make reasonable revisions when needed
Submit completed videos by agreed deadlines
What we’re looking for:
Basic experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, VN, or similar platforms
Good sense of pacing, captions, and short-form social media content
Creativity and attention to detail
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to collaborate with an international volunteer team
Professional editing experience is not required. Students and developing editors are welcome to apply. This is a flexible remote volunteer opportunity, and the expected workload is generally one short video per week.
