Join us in the botanical garden's "Back 5" habitat restoration area to remove invasive plants, maintain trails, and plant native plants on Friday mornings from 9am-noon. The Back 5 is a diverse habitat area that includes sunny slopes, woodsy areas, a vernal pond, and Johnson creek frontage. Volunteers work year round helping to restore and maintain this unique habitat. Volunteers must be able to navigate steep slopes and unimproved trails.
Please fill out our Volunteer Inquiry form. List the areas you're interested in and any skills that you'd be willing to share. Thank you!
