    Descripción

This position will begin as a volunteer (pro bono) role. However, we are actively working to secure funding to make this our first paid position at $27 USD per hour. While we cannot provide a specific timeline for when this will happen, we want to be fully transparent: funding may take time to secure, and unfortunately, due to restrictions, back pay will not be possible.

At present, everyone at Victory Afghanistan is a volunteer, and this role represents a major milestone in our mission to build a sustainable and impactful education programme for Afghan girls.

    About Victory Afghanistan

Victory Afghanistan is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing free, high-quality online education to over 800 Afghan girls, aged 11 to 40, who have been banned from attending school and university due to gender apartheid.

Our model is rooted in long-term, generational change—drawing inspiration from successful development approaches in countries like India and China. While our current focus is on girls’ education, we intend to eventually include boys as well, continuing our mission even after the political situation improves.
