Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah for an evening celebrating the magic and impact of one-to-one mentorship. The annual Big Night Out gala is our most vital fundraising event during the year. The money that is raised throughout the evening will impact thousands of young lives.

AVAILABLE TASKS:
UNLOAD & SET UP: Unload items, place items in general areas, organize in-kind, and begin decorations.
SET UP: Centerpieces, stage backdrop, registration table, silent auction table, cocktail tables, entryway, sign placement, photobooth backdrop.
COAT CHECK: Provide guests coat check numbers. Return coats at end of the night.
VIP CONCIERGE: Wait on VIP tables from the beginning of dinner till end of event.
LIVE AUCTION and BID FOR KIDS SPOTTERS: Help identify which guests are bidding, point guests out to auctioneer, and notate bidder numbers during bid for kids. Hand bidding numbers to RUNNERS for processing.
RUNNERS: Pick-up the bidding numbers from spotters and run it to check-out volunteers
CLEAN UP: Clear off tables, organize decorations, load up truck and van, insure all BBBSU items are packed up and removed from venue.
