Victory Afghanistan is seeking a number of passionate volunteer IELTS teachers to join our mentoring programme and help prepare advanced-level English graduates for their IELTS exams. These young women, currently averaging a 5.0 IELTS score, aspire to achieve between 6.0 and 7.5 to strengthen their applications for international university scholarships.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for experienced and committed IELTS teachers who can inspire and guide our students through this critical stage of their journey. If you have a passion for education and want to make a direct impact, this is your opportunity.

Role Details:

• Teaching Commitment: 1 hour of online lessons per week
• Preparation Time: Up to 1 hour per week
• Curriculum Input: We welcome your expertise and ideas to enhance our existing lesson plans

Why This Role Matters:

Due to the closure of IELTS test centres in Afghanistan, our students must travel to Islamabad, Pakistan—a 4-day round trip that brings serious financial, emotional, and logistical challenges. Your support will ensure these young women are well-prepared, confident, and equipped to succeed when they sit their exams, often under extraordinary circumstances.
