Set Up for Annual Gala

Hello Volunteers!

It's that time of year again where we are prepping for our annual Riding With The Stars fundraising gala. This gala is our biggest event of the year that fundraising money that goes directly towards gear for our specials needs riders and to the care of our horses. Please consider volunteering for this event and helping make a difference for Tara's Chance.

This year's event will be taking place on Saturday, October 3rd at 4:30pm. We will be in need of many helping hands to help us set-up in the days prior to the event itself. Volunteers are welcome who are able to lift and move heavy objects around the dirt. Minors are welcome but they must be accompanied by an adult while volunteering.

• Table setup, organizing/moving equipment: Friday October 02, 2026 - 2pm to 6pm PST
