Ombudsmen help monitor the quality of care, identify and resolve problems, and respond to complaints received on behalf of elderly residents in skilled nursing homes and assisted living facilities
Requires 36 hours of training to become state certified
The next training will be in October 2022:Oct. 3,4,7,11,13,& 14 10am to 3pm
