Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user experience and user interface design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine products that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Execution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from users and team members to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Visual Design: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user experience.
• Usability: Ensure that designs are accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to design.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and design trends.
