Celebrating Birthdays for Those in Need: Corporate Volunteer Opportunities

Are you looking for a fun and easy volunteer opportunity for your company employees? The Birthday Giving Program has you covered! We offer several virtual or in-person volunteer opportunities that will allow you to make a meaningful difference in your community:

1. Virtual Birthday Card Events: Your employees will join a Zoom meeting led by a member of our team. They will be making birthday cards and mailing them to The Birthday Giving Program. The cards will be donated to a homeless shelter, food pantry, nursing home, or another organization.
2. In-person Birthday Bag Packing Events: You and your team will gather at your office location to pack birthday bags for those in need. Each birthday bag costs $5-10 and includes store-bought gifts customized to the division you select (either children, adults, senior citizens, or veterans). The Birthday Giving Program will connect you with a nonprofit partner in your community (homeless shelter, food pantry, Boys & Girls Club, etc.) to receive the birthday bags. If interested, you can also throw a small birthday party with cake and decorations and meet recipients receiving the birthday bags!
