Ever tried to reset a password on a tricky website? Now imagine doing that while trying to file your taxes. That’s where you come in!
As a Digital Access Guide with MFS CASH Oregon, you’ll help taxpayers log in to online accounts like ID.me, SSA.gov, and IRS.gov so they can get the documents they need to file their returns. By providing one-on-one support to help them confidently use these tools, you’re enabling them to file returns that otherwise couldn’t be completed.
No tax prep needed! We’ll provide the training and support you need to feel comfortable in this vital role. Just bring your patience, empathy, and comfort with technology!
What to expect:
- Flexible 4-hour shifts at our NE Portland tax site
- Variable workload, some days will be busy than others depending on client needs
- Meet great people, join a community of over 300 volunteers
- Make a real impact in lives of lower-income Oregonians
