The ideal applicant for this position is interested in a career in HR, is a good writer, a solid collaborator and problem-solver. Equally welcome are retired professionals interested in sharing expertise and helping those entering the field. Or anyone willing to help.
KeelWorks is a nonprofit focused on improving employment outcomes for underserved populations. Being a minimally funded organization there are no paid staff. We function with interns needing job experience to qualify for employment. The incumbent could be experienced or inexperienced. Anyone meeting the primary requirements listed above is welcome to apply.
Collaboration is an important aspect of this work. We are entirely virtual, so applicants need a computer and internet access.
