    Trauma-Aware Funding & Grants Collaborator – TEG-Blue (Remote)

TEG-Blue — The Emotional Gradient Blueprint

TEG-Blue is a visual mapping system that helps make emotional patterns visible, measurable, and usable across individuals, relationships, institutions, and AI systems.

At its core, TEG-Blue maps how nervous system state shapes what people can perceive, feel, and do, and how patterns can shift from connection into protection, control, and domination depending on context and stress.

This work does not try to “replace” existing models. The focus is building an integrated structure that makes connections across fields explicit, operational, and testable.

    Two linked platforms

TEG-Blue currently lives in two connected spaces:

    • TEG-Blue.com → public-facing system and interactive tools
    • (Inner Compass, Circuit Board, Emotional Tools, Map Levels)
    • TEG-Blue.org → open research platform
    • (Foundations, methodology, publications, collaboration, AI safety applications)

    What we are building

We are building emotional technology that helps people and systems:

    • Differentiate trauma-based protection from strategic manipulation or domination
    • Replace “good person vs bad person” stories with Intent–Pattern–Impact clarity
    • Make emotional safety and harm legible inside organizations and institutions
    • Support repair and accountability, not blame narratives
    • Create gradients AI systems can use, instead of binary “safe vs unsafe” labels

    Role Overview

Funding and Grants Collaborator (early stage, pre-funding)

We’re looking for someone who can help us build a funding pathway without distorting the work.

This is not a classic startup funding role.

It’s a translation role, with ethics.

You will help us translate TEG-Blue into funding language that is:

    • emotionally honest
    • trauma-aware
    • scientifically defensible
    • understandable to institutions

    Stage: early, pre-funding

Start: unpaid / volunteer, with a clear intention to move into paid collaboration or co-created structures once funding is secured

    What you will help with

    1) Identify aligned funding opportunities

Research grants, social impact funds, philanthropy, fellowships, and innovation programs aligned with trauma-informed education, systems repair, neurodivergence, mental health, and AI ethics.

    2) Co-write applications and concept notes

Help articulate TEG-Blue’s foundation, use-cases, and research trajectory in a way that stays true to the work.

    3) Adapt the same core project to different calls

    Different frames, same essence.

    4) Light strategy across time horizons

    • Short-term: founder survival and continuity
    • Mid-term: grants for research and testing
    • Long-term: structural support for the ecosystem

    Who we’re looking for

Experience and skills (helpful, not mandatory)

    • Grant writing, research proposals, or funding applications
    • Ability to translate complex frameworks into clear, grounded language
    • Strong written English
    • Familiarity with any of: trauma, education, neurodivergence, human rights, social systems, AI ethics

    Emotional and relational alignment (required)

    You are someone who:

    • is emotionally present, not only efficient
    • can work with nuance and slow clarity
    • respects lived experience without turning it into a marketing story
    • avoids urgency that harms quality and emotional safety
    • prefers honest collaboration over “hard sell” tactics

You will not enjoy this role if you are driven by:

    • hype language
    • exaggerated promises
    • classic pitch culture obsessed only with ROI and scale

    What this role offers

    • A chance to help shape a project that sits between healing, social systems, education, and AI safety
    • Deep collaboration with a founder who is visual, systems-oriented, and committed to fair recognition
    • Clear conversations about authorship, credit, and ownership structures as funding becomes real
