TEG-Blue — The Emotional Gradient Blueprint
TEG-Blue is a visual mapping system that helps make emotional patterns visible, measurable, and usable across individuals, relationships, institutions, and AI systems.
At its core, TEG-Blue maps how nervous system state shapes what people can perceive, feel, and do, and how patterns can shift from connection into protection, control, and domination depending on context and stress.
This work does not try to “replace” existing models. The focus is building an integrated structure that makes connections across fields explicit, operational, and testable.

Role Overview
Funding and Grants Collaborator (early stage, pre-funding)
We’re looking for someone who can help us build a funding pathway without distorting the work.
This is not a classic startup funding role.
It’s a translation role, with ethics.
You will help us translate TEG-Blue into funding language that is:
Stage: early, pre-funding
Start: unpaid / volunteer, with a clear intention to move into paid collaboration or co-created structures once funding is secured
What you will help with
1) Identify aligned funding opportunities
Research grants, social impact funds, philanthropy, fellowships, and innovation programs aligned with trauma-informed education, systems repair, neurodivergence, mental health, and AI ethics.
2) Co-write applications and concept notes
Help articulate TEG-Blue’s foundation, use-cases, and research trajectory in a way that stays true to the work.
3) Adapt the same core project to different calls
Different frames, same essence.
4) Light strategy across time horizons
