Descripción
TWCUYC is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to help recruit, onboard, support, and retain volunteers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping teams succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Review volunteer applications
- Conduct initial volunteer screenings and interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities
- Track volunteer hours and participation
- Maintain volunteer records and documentation
- Communicate with volunteers regarding assignments and schedules
- Support volunteer recognition and engagement efforts
- Assist with recruiting new volunteers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience in volunteer management, human resources, customer service, recruiting, or administration is preferred but not required
Time Commitment
Minimum of 5 hours per week.
