Resilience Rising – Transitional Housing for Individuals Impacted by HIV

Offers transitional housing and support for individuals from marginalized communities impacted by HIV, directly, through a loved one, or due to increased risk. We recognize that “youth” often includes adults facing ongoing barriers to housing, healthcare, and stability. Resilience Rising offers a safe and affirming space for healing, growth, and reclaiming opportunities.

One Hour, Infinite Impact – Community-Led Service & Civic Engagement

Empowers peers to identify needs and take meaningful action in their communities. From food distribution to service projects, participants learn that even one hour of service can spark lasting change.

EmpowerED for Life – Life Skills & Systems Navigation

Equips youth and system-impacted individuals with tools for success, focusing on communication, decision-making, and reentry. The goal: break cycles of incarceration and build self-sufficiency.

Advocacy & Restorative Practices – Community Voice & Healing

Combines advocacy and restorative work to support justice-involved individuals and their families. Participants learn to write support letters, advocate for sentence relief, and participate in healing circles that foster trust and promote accountability.
