Role Overview
The Event and Fundraising Coordinator supports the organization’s outreach, fundraising, and partnership development efforts by planning events and securing community support.
Primary Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and program events
- Manage event logistics, setup, and volunteer coordination
- Ensure events run smoothly and effectively
Fundraising & Sponsorship
- Identify potential sponsors and partners
- Assist with donation requests and outreach
- Support fundraising initiatives and campaigns
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Represent the organization at community events
- Strengthen community partnerships
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure events are organized and safe
- Follow organizational guidelines for public engagement
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Organizational and planning abilities
