Social Media Video Producer & Content Editor

The Mission:

We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Video Producer who can take raw photos and video clips sent from our on-site team and transform them into polished, high-engagement videos for our platforms. You will take the raw "Inmate Files," yard footage, and updates and turn them into scroll-stopping content.

What You Will Do:

• Take incoming raw photos and video clips from our on-site team and assemble them into dynamic social media videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Add engaging pacing, captions, trending audio, and storytelling elements to highlight individual "inmates" and drive adoptions.
• Format and optimize video content specifically for maximum reach across different social media channels.
• Help maintain a consistent, high-impact posting schedule to keep our audience engaged.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and a strong grasp of social media formats.
• An eye for what makes content go viral or emotionally connect with an audience.
• A genuine passion for animal rescue and our "prison/parole" mission narrative.
• Reliability and the ability to turn raw assets into finished posts quickly.
