This role brings people together by thoughtfully pairing families with volunteers each month and keeping things running smoothly—even when last-minute changes pop up. From welcoming families at check-in 🙌 to sending them off at the end of the evening 🌙, to reaching out and encouraging volunteers to sign up 📧, the Coordinator makes sure everyone feels supported and cared for.

Clear, timely communication with families and volunteers 📞 helps keep applications and background checks up to date ✅—while also building trust and confidence along the way. At its core, this role makes it possible for families and volunteers alike to enjoy a positive, organized, and uplifting Night Lights experience ✨💙.
