Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and possess a college degree. Upon joining, volunteers will undergo an orientation and must successfully complete any necessary screenings. The scheduling of tutoring sessions will depend on both the availability of the volunteers and the requirements of the tutoring staff. It is important for volunteers to dress appropriately, ensuring that their attire is respectful and free from any profane language or offensive imagery. Additionally, volunteers will have the opportunity to attend an annual breakfast event at the end of the year, which will include a meal, certificates, door prizes, and informational handouts.
