Nutrition Café Volunteer Opportunity

Join us at Ethos and make a difference in the lives of Boston seniors! We are seeking volunteers to assist at our Community Café located at Emmanuel Church. The café provides seniors with nutritious meals, companionship, and a welcoming place to connect with others. As a Nutrition Café Volunteer, you will play a vital role in enriching their experience and supporting their well-being.

Tasks Include:

Socializing with Seniors: Engage in friendly conversations and provide companionship to our senior guests.

Setting-up/Cleaning-up: Help with the setup and cleanup of the café area to ensure a welcoming and tidy environment for all.

Assisting with Serving Meals: Support our staff in serving nutritious meals to seniors, ensuring they receive the nourishment they need.

Recording Attendance of Seniors: Assist in maintaining accurate records of attendance, helping us keep track of our community's engagement.

No prior experience is necessary - just a willingness to lend a helping hand and a warm smile. Whether you can spare a few hours a week or a month, your contribution will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors.
