Evaluators foster a space for honest dialogue - including moments of contemplation and brave honesty - to help identify candidates who are ready to co-steward our mission and uphold TPCA’s core values. Through a safe, inclusive, and empowering onboarding experience, this role protects the integrity of our work and ensures volunteer experiences are affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed.
