Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer)

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, candidate selection).
• Source applicants through various mediums including cold outreach, social media, and headhunting.
• Collaborate with committee members to discuss talent needs.
• Attend weekly team meetings every Tuesdays at 10:30am (MDT and Fridays at 6:00pm (MDT).

Qualifications:

• Any experience or studies relating to Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is an asset.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
