This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, candidate selection).
- Source applicants through various mediums including cold outreach, social media, and headhunting.
- Collaborate with committee members to discuss talent needs.
- Attend weekly team meetings every Tuesdays at 10:30am (MDT and Fridays at 6:00pm (MDT).
Qualifications:
- Any experience or studies relating to Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is an asset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
