United Way of Tarrant County at GRACE Donation Station

Based in Grapevine, Texas, GRACE is a nonprofit relief agency that provides food, clothing, financial assistance, and other vital necessities to people who are struggling with a limited income or recent emergency.

The Donation Station is a drive through drop-off site where all community donations are processed. Donations are sorted to first meet GRACE client needs and the rest being prepared to stock our resale stores. With up to 300 cars pulling through each day, our volunteer team makes sure we can turn around these donations as quickly as possible.

Date: Friday, July 31

Time: 8:30am to 12:30pm

Location: GRACE Donation Station, 1060 Texan Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051

Volunteers Needed: 10

Volunteer duties: Volunteers will assist with unloading donations from vehicles, inspecting items, sorting by category, testing electronics, pricing and scanning and more!

Parking: Parking is available in the lot next to the Donation Station.

Other: Volunteers will work indoors and will only be outside to remove items from vehicles as they come arrive at the drive through. Volunteers are encouraged to dress comfortably, and closed toe shoes are required. Volunteers are welcome to take a water bottle and snack for their shift and can take as many breaks as needed.
