WhiteKnight is building something different.

We’re creating a platform that helps small businesses who have been defrauded find resources, organize evidence, navigate the legal system, and ensure their stories are heard.

We’re looking for a Volunteer Podcast & Storytelling Director to build and lead a mission-driven podcast that shines a light on fraud, cybercrime, business scams, legal reform, and the people working every day to protect victims.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the podcast from concept to publication, including:

• Develop the podcast’s editorial vision and content calendar.
• Recruit, mentor, and coordinate a team of volunteer producers, researchers, and outreach coordinators.
• Identify and book compelling guests.
• Conduct thoughtful interviews that uncover meaningful stories.
• Capture the experiences of entrepreneurs, families, and organizations impacted by fraud.
• Build relationships with:
• • Crime victim advocacy organizations
  • Cybersecurity experts
  • Attorneys and investigators
  • Law enforcement professionals
  • Journalists
  • Whistleblowers
  • Policy leaders
• Help transform interviews into educational content across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create a podcast people genuinely look forward to because every episode teaches something important and gives a voice to someone who deserves to be heard.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need decades of podcast experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Naturally curious
• An excellent listener
• Comfortable speaking with executives, victims, attorneys, and investigators
• Highly organized
• Passionate about storytelling
• Able to coordinate volunteers and keep projects moving
• Excited about building something from the ground up

Experience with podcast production, journalism, video editing, or content creation is a plus, but passion and initiative matter more.
