Join gardeners from Hansberry Garden and Nature Center for a Tend the Garden day to prepare for a concert in our amphitheater two days later. Volunteers will assist the Maintenance team with weeding, pruning and light maintenance to beautify the space. Supervision and instruction are available, so join us for a beautiful evening in the garden.
Wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little muddy -- no open-toed shoes, please! -- and bring gardening or work gloves, if you have them.

Hansberry Garden is at the corner of Wayne Avenue and Hansberry Street in Germantown. The entrance we use is on the Hansberry side.
