Hospital and Event Volunteers

We have volunteer opportunities for anyone aged 14-years and older at all 3 of our Quad City campuses. Our shifts are typically 8 am-noon, noon-4 pm, 4-7 pm through the week, and we also have a shift on Saturdays from 7am-noon. Our volunteer opportunities vary from campus to campus, but include the following: staffing the Gift Shops, answering phones, running errands throughout the hospital, escorting patients to their appointments, providing wayfinding instructions, supporting departments with needs behind-the-scenes, pet therapy (for those with a certified canine), offering supplies to patients receiving treatment, entering data into a computer, crocheting or knitting items for patients, playing the piano, and more! No experience is necessary. All we ask our volunteers for is a commitment of 30 hours of service across a 6-month timeframe.
