Community Center Volunteer Open House - Looking for Tutors, Bakers, Etc.

Clay Pots is a community center in the Mount Clare neighborhood of Southwest Baltimore that is focused on education, workforce development, wellness, harm reduction, and community building. Clay Pots offers programming in these areas to help our community grow holistically.

We are hosting a Volunteer Open House on December 06th, 10AM-11:15AM. We are looking for long term volunteers to assist us in achieving our mission of engaging our community and providing opportunities for growth. This open house will allow potential volunteers to visit our community center, learn more about our programming, engage with clients, and discuss their particular interest in volunteering at Clay Pots.

Volunteer opportunities include the chance to help support our GED and ABE students on their education journey through consistent weekly tutoring sessions, engaging with our clients during our bi-weekly Coffeehouse, baking for special events, community clean ups, and much more.
