StandUp for Kids Denver provides street outreach and advocacy for homeless and at risk youth. We are looking for kind and caring volunteers to go into the street the same time, same day and same route in an attempt to find and help homeless youth, Outreach volunteers must be able to walk and carry supplies. All volunteers are cleared and trained and no one goes into the street alone. We work with small teams and divide those teams to expand our area and reach more youth.
Volunteers must be able to meet our youth where they are and provide a listening ear.
