Administrative Volunteer (2 hours a week)

We are seeking a volunteer to prepare patient charts for use with patients. This is for one 2-hour shift a week. Below are the five steps to volunteering. All volunteers are onboarded and trained according to industry standards. We will make sure you feel confident in your abilities and prepared to serve in your volunteer area.

STEPS TO VOLUNTEERING

1. Complete the application at this link. (It will look like you are applying for a job. You are not, but this is the most straightforward way to onboard volunteers.)
2. After you submit it, I will send you a job offer and a consent request to do a background check. Please accept the offer and submit the background check.
3. Once the background check clears, I will send the volunteer packet which has some key policies to acknowledge (HIPAA, etc.)
4. Send in the following items (items in bold are required; the others can be waived):

• State or federal identification (Current driver's license or Passport)
• Chickenpox/Varicella vaccination record or titer
• Influenza vaccination (unless declined)
• Hep B (unless declined - sign declination)
• MMR (vaccination or titer)
• Tdap (vaccination/booster within 10 years)
• COVID-19 vaccine record (unless waived)
• TB test results (this can be done at our office for free if needed.)

1. Complete in-person training and watch the online videos. (About 4 hours total.)
