Health Fair Volunteer Needed

We are excited to announce an inspiring opportunity for you to assist Vitalant with community-based events and activities.

We are introducing a new role: Outreach Volunteer!

If you’ve had difficulty finding opportunities that align with your schedule, location, and availability, this role may be perfect for you.

As volunteers, you will proudly represent Vitalant Donor Recruitment and Volunteer Services at approved events, focusing on inspiring donors, mobilizing blood drives, recruiting volunteers, and promoting education.

This role requires a deep understanding of Vitalant, our blood donation products and services, and volunteer services, and we are committed to providing the training you need to empower you.

If you are passionate about developing this new volunteer role and making an impact, our team will conduct interviews, and a select group will help shape this transformative opportunity. Simply reply to this email, and we’ll provide more information.

Welcome and check-in donors

• Provide courteous and friendly communication and assistance to inquirees
• Explain the donation process as necessary and answer any questions people may have about Vitalant

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be 16 or older
• 18+Must pass a Background Check

Training prior to Volunteering

• Vitalant Volunteer Orientation
• Blood Drive Volunteer Role-specific Training
