About the position
The volunteer Senior Recruitment Specialist manages full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles throughout PCF. You will proactively source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, build pipelines of active and passive talent, and partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver contributors who meet role requirements and align with PCF’s mission-driven culture. This role ensures a professional, welcoming candidate experience, represents PCF with integrity, and contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment practices to support ongoing organizational growth.
