?Answer/make phone calls as needed
? Monitor and replenish food/beverage shelf
? Greet clients and find out their needs, then relaying messages to the respective case manager
? Make tentative appointments with clients for case managers (2 days out), then relay information to case managers so they can follow up with clients
?Office management-make sure the lobby is clean
?Keep clients from walking in the make into the staff members offices
?Record your service hours. Regularly turn the records in at the end of the month to the ASC office, which needs them for their quarterly evaluation of clients’ progress.
