    Volunteer a Few Hours Per Week (pathway to compensation role in the future)

    The Grandparents Community Network is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in helping us strengthen and grow our Human Relations / People Operations Department.

    This is a unique opportunity for someone who:

    • is interested in Human Resources, Operations, Leadership, or Organizational Development
    • wants to grow professionally while making a real impact

    • Encouraging accountability and responsiveness

    Administrative Support

    • Maintaining records
    • Organizing documents
    • Updating dashboards
    • Tracking tasks and follow-ups

    Workforce Development

    • Helping improve systems
    • Assisting with training coordination
    • Supporting operational growth
    • Building organizational structure
