Health Matters Clinic is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to keep our online presence fresh, engaging, and community-centered. From updating our website to supporting our basic tech systems, you’ll help make sure our mission of Helping & Healing shines online.
This role blends website updates with light tech support - making sure pages, forms, and events are current, while also helping improve the digital systems that keep our volunteers, fundraisers, and community connected.
Your role will include:
Keeping the website up to date (pages, forms, event listings, volunteer info)
Supporting tech systems like forms, volunteer sign-ups, and communication tools
Helping streamline user experience for volunteers, donors, and community members
Troubleshooting basic tech issues and recommending improvements
Collaborating with staff on creative ideas to make our digital experience impactful
What we’re looking for:
Comfortable with website editing (Squarespace or Webflow preferred)
Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, spreadsheets, or simple integrations (Zapier/Make)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
Creative eye for design and user experience a plus
Able to commit 3-6 hrs/week for at least 6 months (preferably 1 year)
Passionate about using tech to support community health and equity
