What you’ll do

• Support daily routines (meals, activities, personal care as needed, household rhythms)
• Join community life and activities like art, music, movement and dance, hiking, swimming, gym, and cultural events
• Contribute to a smoothly running household through cooking, scheduling and upkeep
• Be part of a warm, diverse household where your presence truly matters

Who we are looking for

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in inclusion and community life
• Reliable, kind and comfortable living in a shared home
• 18+ with high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Drivers license + clean driving record
• Able to pass a Massachusetts and national fingerprint background check
