Be a Volunteer Tutor for the 2026-2027 School Year

We are actively looking for volunteers who are willing to tutor at least one economically disadvantaged student per week for 30-90 minutes at a local St. Louis City or County School or after school program. Based on volunteer availability, we can pair you with the best school or after school site that meets your need. We resource all of our volunteers with training and materials needed, and we partner with organizations that are doing the same. This is a great opportunity for retired teachers, grandparents, aunts, education-students, or high school students needing service hours; anyone who has a heart for the youth of St. Louis to succeed is a great fit!

Training and background checks are required once approved. Volunteer opportunity runs from September to mid-May (with some summer options) for the 2026-2027 school year.
