Volunteer Requirements:
- Commit to 10 weeks of volunteering
- Able to work in small groups of 3 students
- Comfortable using Google Meet or Zoom
- Based in the United States
- Be at least 18 years old
- Speak English fluently
- Enthusiastic about encouraging and supporting adult learners
Highly valued (but not required):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring
- TESOL/TEFL certification
