At Break Diving, we provide a structured roadmap system, game-ified task completion, and a supportive community so that you spend more time doing the things you want to do, and so your life doesn't pass you by in regret.

We are looking for people to help in multiple areas:

1. Upwork recruiting and management
   1. Posting new Upwork recruitment ads
   2. Reviewing submissions and making offers
   3. Onboarding new members
   4. Managing new members through the various milestones
2. Coding / Web Development (Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Flutter)
   1. Reviewing pull requests
   2. Writing code for new features and bug fixes
   3. Fixing ongoing issues on website, and on mobile app
   4. Someone to act as coding project manager, to keep all tasks on track
3. Dive certification reviews and management
   1. Update dive descriptions
   2. Create 'dive plans' for various paths
   3. Make a list of all dives that require prior certifications in other dives
   4. Reviewing and managing member dive certification submissions
   5. Creating handbooks for all dives, and update current handbooks
   6. Add dive info for each dive into Break Diving Member Handbook
   7. Create a checklist of what must be updated or added whenever we create a new dive
4. Idealist recruiting and management
   1. Posting new recruitment jobs
   2. Interviewing new potential volunteers
5. Google Ad management
   1. Managing our google grant
   2. Creating and improving campaigns, ad groups, and ads
   3. Attempting to reach $10K USD per month in ad spend
6. Vibe tv Ad Management
   1. Write tv scripts
   2. Help cast them, shoot them, edit them
   3. Posting the ads on vibe.co platform
7. Public Speakers
   1. Seeking experts (on any subject, including native foreign language speakers) to participate in our live zoom events
8. Fundraisers
   1. Working with director in creating a fundraising plan
9. PMA Team
   1. Create publicity, marketing, and advertising for the company
10. Member Outreach
    1. Reaching out to old members to encourage their return
    2. Using the past blasts feature to bring back old members
    3. Using the lonely posts feature to create more re-engagement
11. Assistant to Director
    1. Helping the director keep track of everything that needs to be done
    2. Acting as executive assistant
